FUNDAMENTAL MARTIAL ARTS (FMA)

Taught in a semi-formal, non-competitive environment, this class presents core basics of karate training for those looking to get active to the seasoned fitness enthusiast. FMA disciplines mind, body, and spirit through physical conditioning and meditation. Students will increase their speed, strength, and endurance while learning striking (punching and kicking) and self defense (blocking, trapping, takedowns and locks).
