Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice integrating breathing, meditation and physical exercises to improve mental focus and strengthen the body. The relaxing, graceful movements have been developed to cultivate qi (energy), reduce stress and to promote circulation and flow of energy throughout the body. Removing stagnated qi harmonizes the body's energy and maximizes the potential of our natural healing processes.

 

CHOW QIGONG

Chow Qigong is an integrated healing system developed by grandmaster Dr. Effie Poy Yew Chow that combines modern western health practices with ancient eastern and TCM practices and to help promote stamina, vigor, flexibility and balance.
